Abstract |
Background. Active involvement of Russia in the international business, development of a network of business contacts between Russian entrepreneurs and their partners from different countries, cause necessity of the study of entrepreneurial culture. The goal of the study is to analyze the genesis of the concept of entrepreneurial
culture.
Materials and methods. Implementation of the research objectives was achieved on the basis of the analysis of the scientific papers by foreign and domestic researchers which are of recommendational and practical nature. Methodological basis for the study is the systemic institutional approach, which allows us to represent the unity of culture as institutional and economic integrity.
Results. The concept of the entrepreneurial culture was examined in the system of social, economic and institutional relationships within the framework of the axiological and anthropological approach, we identified socio-institutional nature of culture and traced system-evolutionary relationship between the essential content of concepts:culture, economic culture and entrepreneurial culture as products of labor activities and evaluative preconditions.
Conclusions. Examination of the essence of entrepreneurial culture from the perspective of anthropological approach reveals the economic nature and allocates such properties of entrepreneurial culture as acquired character and cultural homogeneity, axiological approach serves to emphasize characteristics and allocate such properties as inherited nature and cultural heterogeneity.
